They will model not what you say, but what you DO.
Here's a continuation of What Motivates Us... it's a quick one about more ways we are motivated and how parents and coaches can apply those things in sport and in all areas of life.
As you watch, think about ways these lessons apply and can be used in your unique situation. Think about how this intentional perspective can completely flip how you see relationship challenges, friend group situations, troubles at home or school, and so on. Remember, life is not happening to you... it's happening FOR you! So get out there, and be responsible for the meaning you assign to the circumstances all around you.
