We help teens become more of who they are and celebrate where they can leverage their traits as skills that help them achieve greatness.

There is so much power in allowing a teen to be themselves while also learning to increase skills that help them have better relationships and become higher performers in all areas of their life. We will never try to coach your kid out of shyness. Instead, we help shine a light on all the confidence builders that they have control of all around. We use that spotlight to shift behaviors that can peel back the layers for your teen and reveal what is already amazing in them!

First, we're twins. Because we work together with your child, your child will have the benefit of one proven structure but with 2 expert guidances for the price of one. This maximizes the opportunity for your teen to resonate and actively engage with shifts that drive exceptional success for them.

Secondly, while we do "coach" people for higher performance in all areas of their life, we still want to honor that our clients are always in control of their success.... and that is a highly unique and personal definition. Joy and success is far easier to reach with us as your mentor each step of the way than it is to look at a generic X's and O's type of plan. Our work with you and your teen is built on research and proven systems, but highly personal with a huge dose of compassion and accountability. 

Bottom line: We ALWAYS operate in complete integrity. Your teen's success is always in front of ours. When we have the honor and privilege of mentoring your teen, we own our fiduciary duty to guiding to their definition of success above everything else. We make it our mission to lovingly exceed your expectations and truly "elev8" all of your lives because we got to work with you.

No. Our Elev8 for Teens™ program is not for everyone. Our succinct goal in the initial consultation call is to help you help your child in the best way, even if they are not currently the perfect candidate for the Elev8 Mentorship Group program at that time.

We'll ask you some questions about the challenges you might be having, where you believe your child can perform better or feel happier, and a few other specifics. Our calls with you are very conversational, and extremely confidential. We operate in full integrity, always, so you can rest assured that as we help you and your teen, our conversation with you is never shared with anyone, anywhere, including your own child. 

By the time we finish our conversation with you, we promise you that you will have received guidance with your teen that can help you. We will make suggestions based on our conversation that offer additional resources. Sometimes, it is as simple as a referral or article. Sometimes our recommendation to best help you falls in line with one of our existing smaller courses. And sometimes, our 8-week personalized Elev8 for Teens™ Mentorship Group Program is clearly a perfect match. Either way, we'll help you, and it's all guaranteed. 

One thing we know for sure: If your child is struggling with their grades, it's not because they aren't smart. Bad grades are not the problem- they are the result of many possible problems and stressors that we can help you and your child with.

In all our work, we focus on 3 pillars: work ethic, personal responsibility, and empathy. With that, we help your child build structures that work best for them, help them set boundaries that free them up for higher performance, increase confidence while decreasing procrastination, and much more. Addressing the challenges and stressors that are unique to your teen drive many positive results, and better grades happen to be one of them.

So, while your child is ultimately responsible for the end result of a grade, we promise they will gain exceptional tools and be fully equipped to see phenomenal changes in grades and everything that truly matters in their success. Absolutely. Mental blocks are real, and there are real solutions. Much of our work over the years has been with athletes, so your teen will benefit from applications and strategies that are science based and experience based, no matter their sport. Even more importantly, the conscious and unconcious strategies your teen will learn can be applied to all areas of their life. 

Nope. And we'll never put your down either. This parenting thing is hard, and this growing up thing is hard... and we're here to support both of you in your journey. That means we offer a ton of grace and compassion, blended well with personal responsibility while we mentor your teen to enjoy better relationships across the board. We will always protect the parent-child relationship in a way that encourages open dialogue that reveals win-win options.
